John R. Sarver

John left a corporate job in Rochester, New York and moved to Atlanta to join a successful restaurant venture. It was during this time that the first seeds of interest in establishing his own breakfast and catering service began to grow. He loved everything related to the culinary arts—food preparation, its quality and its presentation. Although, after nine years, he was lured back into the corporate arena, his dream lived on. Then, lo and behold, doors opened and he’s back!

Thrilled to be doing what he loves once again, John’s never-ending passion for culinary excellence, elegant presentation and impeccable service promises to wow you. Even throughout his “desert experience” in the corporate arena, he was, on occasion, sought out for his unique gift in entertaining on a grand scale. Everything from the finest ingredients to the last candle flicker on the table do not escape his practiced eye.

John is friendly and approachable and full of ideas. He loves to work with clients in accomplishing their dreams and “catching their vision”, be it a small gathering or a huge bash.

Tammi Moore

Tammi Moore’s venture in the culinary industry actually began before she was born, when her grandmother Leona began preparing lunches every day for 150 mill workers, in her own kitchen back in the 1930’s. She’d lovingly arrange them in cigar boxes and deliver them to the plant near her home. Her return? Less than 25 cents a day. But a warm home-cooked meal delivered, with a smile and a heart of servitude, has continued in the Moore family tradition.

Her 30-year career in culinary arts, mostly catering, include her ownership of the well-respected That’s A’Mooré Catering Service. Tammi is passionate about the need for listening to her clients, respecting their ideas and offering them exactly what they need. She will do no less for you.

From the kitchen to the final presentation, her organizational skills really shine when she manages banquets with 5,000 guests. But this is true regardless of the size of the party. Tammi is unfailingly committed in helping to make your event all that you hope it will be and more. She is happy to work within cost parameters and comes up with creative ways to do that. She is a perfectionist in her craft.

Tammi’s creativity and first- class culinary skill, combined with her genuine regard for the needs of those whom she serves, has placed her catering services in high demand.

She and John are delighted to offer you the very best, from the minutest detail in a recipe, to the way the last flower is placed in its vase. Together, they offer you panache served “ sunny-side up.”
